If You Host It, They Will Come

After watching Jennifer Wagner's, If You Host It, They Will Come, I created a small list of possible on-line projects that I found interesting. I like the idea of creating a blog project with my students since I feel most comfortable using blogger. I would also like to explore global school house. Although this is not a site I have had the opportunity to explore yet, I think this would be a very interesting project to take on. Wagner talked about the keys to creating a project: keeping in mind the topic, reason, timeline, reason, and review. All projects are open to teacher interpretation. Wagner also mentioned that google forms is a good tool to use to collect data. Hosting a project brings students together. Wagner suggested that you ask yourself, What could I do to bring other voices into my classroom? This is a key question to keep in mind when thinking about various online projects.
