After looking at the media literacy document of the code of best practices, I found it interesting some of the ways messages can be accessed and communicated. The demands for the 21st century are much greater than they used to be. Media literacy can be thought of when watching tv, reading the paper, or posting some sort of media message like a blog. Media literacy can be taught and learned. Media messages can influence beliefs, attitudes, and values. Media literacy can be taught to all ages---anyone can be taught to be a critical thinker, communicator, and active citizen. It seems that the ways to access media literacy are endless.
